Lanjing Optoelectronics Partners with Leading Taiwanese-Funded Enterprise to Co-Develop Heating Tubes for HG-Laminator

Recently, Linyi Lanjing Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. has officially entered into an in-depth R&D partnership with a leading Taiwanese-funded enterprise to custom-develop dedicated heating tubes for its HG laminator project. The project is expected to generate annual orders of 40,000 units with a product lifecycle of 4 years, marking a new milestone in Lanjing Optoelectronic's R&D and supporting capabilities in the heating element sector for high-end printing equipment.
 
The leading Taiwanese-funded enterprise is a global pioneer in high-end stereolithography (SLA) 3D printing and a national-level specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise. Its equipment is widely used in high-precision fields such as dental orthodontics, jewelry casting, and industrial prototyping, imposing extremely stringent requirements on the precision and stability of heating systems. In this collaboration, Lanjing Optoelectronic immersed itself in the client's R&D frontline and, based on the operating characteristics of the laminator's heating rollers, conducted full-process custom development—from heating element material selection, tube diameter design, and power matching to terminal encapsulation—ensuring seamless integration of the heating tubes with the equipment's thermal management system.
 
The quartz heating tubes manufactured by Lanjing Optoelectronic boast notable advantages including an electrothermal conversion efficiency of ≥95%, rapid temperature rise, uniform temperature distribution, and strong thermal stability. Within the typical laminator operating range of 90°C to 150°C, this product series achieves a surface temperature accuracy of ±2°C, with an average service life of 5,000 hours. It can operate continuously for extended periods without power attenuation, perfectly meeting the laminator's dual requirements for constant-temperature precision and sustained reliability.
 
Going forward, both parties will continue to deepen technological collaboration and conduct joint R&D initiatives focused on high-speed lamination, energy conservation and consumption reduction, and intelligent temperature control. Together, they will drive the iterative upgrading of thermal management solutions for printing equipment, delivering more efficient and reliable heating solutions to customers worldwide.
